Stuffing If the fabric and patterning determine the appearance of a doll, then the filler is the soul of the doll. Many people hug each other tightly when choosing dolls to feel the softness and touch of the dolls. The internal fillings are different, the feeling of gripping, plush toy supplier。the resilience of the toy, the uniformity of the natural distribution of the filling, and the pollution degree of the filling to the toy itself after washing are all different.

1. PP cotton
PP cotton is commonly known as doll cotton, also known as stuffed cotton. Compared with other fillers, PP cotton is the most suitable and the most widely used for plush toys. Soft and comfortable, cost-effective, easy to clean and dry. The material is polypropylene staple fiber, divided into ABC grade.
Grade A PP vacuum cotton: every fiber of it is hollow, so no matter how it is twisted or pressed, it will quickly rebound to its original state. But because of its high cost, it is generally used for exporting toys and domestic textiles such as pillows, space quilts, etc.
Grade B PP three-dimensional cotton: generally used for export toys and low-end home textile products.
Grade C PP two-dimensional cotton: The rebound effect is not very satisfactory, and it is easy to deform, so it is relatively rare in export toys.

2. PE (polyethylene) particle filler
For example, a stuffed toy in a sitting position will put a small bag of particles near the buttocks. In order to keep the hands and feet drooping naturally when standing, a small amount of particles will be filled in the limbs. Generally, all rubber pellets for export products must be wrapped in inner bags.

3. Stretch down cotton
Stretch down cotton is a three-dimensionally distributed stretch cotton made by processing technology. Generally speaking, it is a kind of fiber blended with 2% of the cotton. Delicate and soft, it surpasses most fillers on the market, has good compressibility, excellent elasticity, and is easy to manage. But the finished product is easy to drag and deform after a long time.

4. Pearl cotton
Pearl cotton, also known as spherical cotton, has the smallest molecule and the highest resilience among all sponges. The pearl cotton is compressed, and the texture is tightly arranged in a bead shape. As it is used, the internal stress of the pearl particles will gradually be released, and it has the characteristics of becoming more fluffy. Therefore, the plush toys filled with pearl cotton have good shape and fullness, are loose and soft, and have higher resilience than PP cotton, and do not clump or stick.

Foam particles, also called snow peas, are 0.5-1mm nano particles (EPS styrofoam particles), with a texture and elasticity, strong fluidity and good air permeability. It is generally used as a padding for pillows or lazy sofas, and some soft dolls are also widely used.

Foam particle dolls are generally combined with high-elastic spandex fabrics, which are very comfortable to the touch, soft to the touch, and have a good fluidity. However, due to their poor formability, nano toys rarely have large ones.
